What events and exhibitions customers move with us
Exhibitors, stand builders and event organisers move modular stands, graphics, AV and lighting kit, flight cases, furniture, sample products and pallets of literature to venues and back again. Venues give a build slot and a breakdown window and expect you to keep to both. We run 25 vans up to 3.5 tonnes, from Smethwick to every UK postcode, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
The difficulty is the timing. A van that arrives before the slot waits, one that arrives after it may be turned away, and breakdown often runs past midnight. We book to the slot and track the van by GPS. Every job is one load on one vehicle, so there is no detour to another delivery. The driver handles crates and cases when the venue's forklifts are busy. Blankets and straps protect the stand.

How a booking works
To book, enter the postcodes for an instant price on van routes, or send the build and breakdown details to our operations team for a return job quote. Book in advance for the delivery slot and the collection, and Ready now if a forgotten item has to reach the stand today. The driver takes a photo and a signature at the venue and again on return to your unit.
Have ready the venue, hall and stand number, the loading bay slot time and any vehicle booking reference from the organiser, the name and mobile number of the person on the stand, the number of cases and their weights, and whether a pallet truck will be allowed on the hall floor.

Can you collect at breakdown late at night?
Yes. We operate 24 hours a day, so a collection from the hall after the show closes is booked as a normal job.
Do you book the venue vehicle slot?
No, the exhibitor or organiser books it. Give us the slot time and reference and the driver arrives inside it.
Can you deliver and collect on one booking?
Yes. Our team quotes the outbound and return legs together so the same arrangements apply at both ends.
Will our stand be protected in the van?
Yes. The load is strapped and blanketed and travels alone on a dedicated vehicle.
