Education sites rarely have a forklift, often restrict vehicle movements while pupils are present, and need a named signature for anything confidential. Our drivers unload at the door. How a booking works
To book, enter the postcodes for an instant price on van routes. Book in advance for a delivery before 8am or during a holiday, or Ready now for an urgent replacement collected within 30 to 60 minutes. Our operations team confirms the driver and the arrival time. Some lab chemicals are dangerous goods, and four of our drivers hold full ADR, with goods declared in writing before booking.
Have ready the site entrance and parking for a van, the estates or office contact and phone number, the times vehicles are allowed on site, the number and weight of pallets or items, and whether there are steps or a lift. For confidential materials, tell us who may sign for them.

Can you deliver before pupils arrive?
Yes. We operate 24 hours a day, so a delivery at 6am or in a holiday is a normal booking.
Can you move furniture between two campuses?
Yes, on a dedicated Luton with blankets and straps. Larger moves may need more than one van, which our team will quote.
Can you carry lab chemicals?
Yes, where classed as dangerous goods, with ADR-trained drivers and in line with the UK road regulations. Declare them in writing before booking.
Do you need a forklift on site?
No. Every Luton van has a tail-lift and a pallet truck, so pallets are lowered to the ground and moved to the door.
