How a booking works
Booking is quick. Enter the collection and delivery postcodes online for an instant price on van routes, choose Ready now for collection within 30 to 60 minutes, or Book in advance for a planned slot. Our operations team confirms the driver and keeps you informed as the job runs, and every van is GPS tracked. For loads that need a 7.5 tonne, 18 tonne or articulated vehicle, we arrange it through our carriers network.
Have ready the number of pallets or crates, the dimensions and approximate weight of the heaviest item (within the 3.5 tonne limit), whether the goods are palletised or loose, and any goods-in booking reference. Add the opening hours at both ends and a contact name and phone number for each site. The driver takes a photo and a signature at delivery, and both are sent to you as proof of delivery.

Can you move a single machine part urgently?
Yes. Choose Ready now and a dedicated van collects within 30 to 60 minutes, then drives straight to the delivery address with no other stops.
We have no forklift at goods-in. Is that a problem?
No. Every Luton van has a tail-lift, so pallets and crates are lowered to the ground at the door. A pallet truck at either end helps with heavier items.
Can you deliver during a weekend shutdown?

What if the load is too big for a van?
