Aviation and AOG parts
Dedicated vans for aircraft parts, tooling and AOG consignments, collected within the hour, to any UK airport or MRO site.
We move:
- AOG response. A dedicated van collecting within 30 to 60 minutes, any hour, any day of the year.
- Never co-loaded. Your part is the only load on the vehicle, so it goes direct with no other stops.
- ADR available. Four drivers hold full ADR for parts classed as dangerous goods, declared in writing before booking.
- Tracked and proven. GPS tracked vans and a photo and signed proof of delivery at the hangar or stores.
What aviation customers move with us
Aviation moves aircraft components, line replaceable units, wheels and brakes, tooling, ground support parts and documents between stores, maintenance sites and airports. When an aircraft is on the ground, the part needs to move now, not on the next scheduled run. We run 25 dedicated vans up to 3.5 tonnes from Smethwick, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year, to every UK postcode.
Some parts travel in crates that need a tail-lift at either end. Some, such as oxygen generators, batteries or aerosols, are dangerous goods. Four of our drivers hold full ADR, and dangerous goods are carried in line with the UK regulations for the carriage of dangerous goods by road, declared in writing before booking. Each consignment is one load on one vehicle, so there are no other collections on the way.

How a booking works
To book, enter the postcodes online for an instant price on van routes, or call our operations team for an AOG job and we will dispatch a driver while you send the paperwork. Ready now means collection within 30 to 60 minutes. Book in advance covers planned moves such as tooling to a line station. The van is GPS tracked and the driver takes a photo and a signature on delivery.
Have ready the part number and description, the weight and dimensions of the crate, the collection and delivery contacts with phone numbers, any airside or security pass requirements and, for dangerous goods, the UN number, class, packing group and quantity. If the delivery is to a stores counter with limited hours, tell us so we plan the arrival.
