How a booking works

Our operations team confirms the driver, follows the van by GPS and tells you when it is close. The driver takes a photo and a signature at delivery, so you have proof of what arrived and when.
Have ready the delivery entrance to use, the name of the duty manager or receiving contact, any time window the venue allows for deliveries, and the weight and size of the largest item. Tell us if there are steps, a lift or a long carry from the van, so we send the right driver and equipment.

Can you deliver before the kitchen opens?
Yes. We work around the clock, so a 5am delivery to the back door is a normal booking.
Can you move a commercial oven or fridge?
Yes, on a van with a pallet truck. Tell us the weight and dimensions and whether it is on a pallet or needs strapping.
Do you move furniture for a refit?
Yes. We carry crated and blanket-wrapped furniture on a dedicated Luton. Larger refits may need more than one van, which our team will quote.
Can you collect from a supplier and deliver the same day?
Yes. A van can be collecting within 30 to 60 minutes and goes direct to the venue with no other stops.
