Pharmaceutical and medical
Dedicated vans for medical equipment, consumables and ambient pharmaceutical stock, with signed proof at every delivery.
We move:
- Dedicated vehicle. Your consignment is the only load on the van, collected and delivered with no other stops.
- Signed proof. A photo and a signature from the named receiver at every delivery.
- ADR drivers. Four drivers hold full ADR for goods such as medical gases or flammables, declared in writing before booking.
- Any hour. Hospital stores, pharmacies and labs supplied 24 hours a day, 365 days a year.
What pharmaceutical and medical customers move with us
Hospitals, pharmacies, laboratories, care providers and medical suppliers move equipment, consumables, pallets of ambient pharmaceutical stock, sample collection kits, mobility aids and documents. Some of it is routine, much of it is urgent. We run 25 vans up to 3.5 tonnes, from Smethwick to every UK postcode, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year.
What this sector needs is a vehicle that goes direct, a named receiver and a record. Every job is one load on one vehicle, never co-loaded, with GPS tracking and a photo and signed proof of delivery. Our vans are not temperature controlled, so we carry ambient goods only, and we say so plainly rather than accept a load we cannot keep in range. Goods classed as dangerous, such as medical gases, travel with ADR-trained drivers in line with the UK road regulations.

How a booking works
To book, enter the postcodes for an instant price on van routes, or call our operations team for an urgent job. Ready now means collection within 30 to 60 minutes. Book in advance covers scheduled stock moves between a wholesaler and a pharmacy or hospital stores. The team confirms the driver, tracks the van and confirms the delivery with the receiver's name.
Have ready the name and department of the receiver, goods-in hours for the hospital or pharmacy, the number and weight of boxes or pallets, any purchase order reference, and confirmation that the goods are ambient. For dangerous goods, send the UN number, class, packing group, quantity and Safety Data Sheet before booking.
Pharmaceutical and medical delivery FAQ
Do you offer temperature-controlled transport?
No. Our vans are ambient only. If the goods must be kept in a temperature range, we are not the right carrier for that load.
Can you deliver to a hospital pharmacy or stores?
Yes. Give us the department, the receiver's name, goods-in hours and the entrance to use, and the driver obtains a signature on delivery.
Can you carry medical gases?
Yes, where classed as dangerous goods, with ADR-trained drivers and in line with the UK road regulations. Declare them in writing before booking.
Is the consignment ever shared with other loads?
No. Every job is one load on one dedicated vehicle, GPS tracked, with a photo and signed proof of delivery.
