Our operations team confirms the driver and keeps you informed. Larger office moves may need several vans or a bigger vehicle through our carriers network, which the team quotes.
Have ready the name of the receiver and a phone number, the floor and whether there is a lift, the building's goods entrance and any security sign-in, the number of boxes or items, and any file or matter reference that should appear on the proof of delivery. Seal boxes before collection so the driver handles them closed.
