Construction
Materials, tools and plant parts delivered direct to site on dedicated vans, same day across the UK.
We move:
- Direct to site. One van, one load, straight from the supplier to the site gate with no depot in between.
- Tail-lift unloading. Pallets of materials lowered to the ground where there is no forklift or telehandler.
- Early starts. Deliveries before 7am or after the site closes, booked as standard, 365 days a year.
- Urgent parts. A van collecting within 30 to 60 minutes when a missing part stops the job.
What construction customers move with us
Construction sites need pallets of blocks and bagged materials, insulation, plasterboard, fixings, tools, hire equipment and replacement parts for plant. Most of it is wanted today because the trade on site is waiting for it. We run 25 vans up to 3.5 tonnes, from Smethwick to every UK postcode, with 7.5 tonne, 18 tonne and articulated vehicles through our carriers network when a load is too big for a van.
Sites often have no forklift at the moment a delivery arrives, tight access and a gate that opens early and closes early. Our drivers put pallets on the ground. Our vans fit where larger lorries cannot. We work 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, so a delivery before the first trade arrives or a collection from a merchant late in the day is a normal booking. Every load travels alone on one vehicle.

How a booking works
To book, enter the collection and delivery postcodes for an instant price on van routes. Choose Ready now for collection within 30 to 60 minutes, or Book in advance for a planned date and time. Our operations team confirms the driver, tracks the van by GPS and lets you know when it is on its way to the gate. The driver takes a photo and a signature at delivery as proof.
Have ready the site address with a what3words or grid reference if the postcode is unreliable, the site manager's phone number, gate opening hours, any induction or PPE requirements for the driver and the weight and dimensions of the load. Tell us if the site has a forklift or telehandler, or if the tail-lift will be needed.
Construction delivery FAQ
Can you deliver to a site with no forklift?
Yes. Every Luton van has a tail-lift and a pallet truck, so pallets are lowered to the ground and moved to a hard standing near the van.
Do your drivers need a site induction?
If the site requires one, tell us at booking so we allow time. Drivers carry hi-vis and safety boots.
Can you collect from a builders merchant?
Yes. Give us the merchant's branch, the order reference and the name it is booked under and the driver will collect it.
What if the load is more than a van can take?
We arrange 7.5 tonne, 18 tonne and articulated vehicles through our carriers network. Our team quotes these jobs individually.
The vehicles we use for construction work
